In a new article, just released on the International Journal of HRD Practice, Policy and Research, Frances and her co-authors explore the intricacies of complex management situations and how a new field theory – dynamic system leadership builds and develops relationships to create exemplar pieces of work.
Through a careful study of an Organisational Development project with Leeds NHS Trust this new area is discussed and developed through practice and is illustrated with case studies.
It’s a fascinating read and demonstrates a very practical methodology for creating collaborative leadership across a system whilst highlighting possible traps and important subtleties.
