“Flexible, insightful, warm and skilful are some of the words clients have used to describe me. I don’t know about all that, but I do know that a very early curiosity about what makes people tick has never really gone away, and in fact has expanded to include teams and organisations. I am more and more convinced about the importance of seeing everything in systemic terms. Everything we do is an intelligent response into how we read our context. So if our behaviour doesn’t work, there is something going on which gets in the way of an accurate reading: our own history and mindset, or conflicting messages which confuse us and send us in the wrong direction. Whichever end we start, understanding ourselves better and becoming more flexible and skilful in our behaviours is one big lever to getting more achieved. This is why I love the Levati programmes.

Outside of work, I have 2 grown-up but not entirely independent children, a very silly dog and love to be outdoors and active. I’m not very good at sitting still, so learning to meditate has been difficult but very good for me.”
