”I am a people development specialist. The way I work grew from studying psychology as an undergrad and then researching the application of psychology to the business environment as a post grad. My approach developed as an employed assessment specialist at places like The Royal Bank of Scotland Group, and later, as a self-employed freelancer. I have worked as an associate partner with eleven very skilled consultancy companies in the UK and Sweden, and over sixty different clients globally since the 90’s. These clients come from sectors such as finance, UK government, utilities, consumer goods, and law in places across Europe, the US, the Middle East and Far East.
Others tend to say my sweet spot is asking powerful questions and listening well, not only to what is being said, but also what is not being said. Day to day, my focus is working alongside leaders to develop how they think, feel and behave. I am an associate fellow of the British Psychological Society, with a post graduate qualification in executive coaching and an ILM certificate in virtual action learning set facilitation.
Recently I launched a small initiative to bring the power of action learning to organisations that are making their operations, products, and services more sustainable, to proactively contribute to the future of our planet. I live in Stockholm, with family here and in the UK. I relish being outdoors in nature and try to keep active and fit as much as I can”
